You are able to login to your cPanel server space using a text based login or a ssl based protocol.

A ssl warning box will pop up when you use the ssl based protocol to login into your cPanel server space. The reason for this is the server certificate matches designhosting.biz to whom it was registered and not "your own domain name". Just choose "yes" when the ssl warning box pops up and continue and/or follow the browser instructions to approve this site.
In your cPanel Server Administration there are video tutorials to learn by and also the documentation link at the bottom of the page. If you are still having problems after watching the video tutorials and reading the documentation a support request can be sent via the cPanel Server Administration under the "Advanced" section by clicking on the "Submit a Support Request" link. To receive a reply to your support request you must have added your email address to the Preferences -> Update Contact Info section in your cPanel Server Administration.
Support emails are typically answered within 24 hours once received via the support ticket system in your cPanel Server Administration.
